In This Episode
Good news, Phil Phans! Phil Gutis, our Assistant Sherpa, is with us today. Beyond giving you a little peek inside what it’s like to be part of a clinical trial, Phil shares specific things he does that help him feel his best and the effect a busy day has on him.
As you’re listening, keep in mind that Phil is very early in the disease process and highly functional. He’s able to successfully navigate a whole lot of life independently, relying on his husband, Tim, for emotional and logistics support akin to any marriage. Then consider how your person experiences a very busy day and the effect it has on them–even if they’re not able to tell you about it.
